Once you select your country, or open your account, prices will appear with the corresponding VAT. VAT will be applied to the purchase based on the delivery address.
If you are a business whose Tax ID is recognized by the account management (through VIES), VAT will not be charged on the purchase.
Delivery & Returns
Most transports will have a tracking number to be provided by Munna. However, in some cases, there may not be a tracking number.

Unless stated so on the order, transport is included. Typically, single units have transport
included, for bigger orders it may be necessary to request have a specific transport quote.
Transport will be DAP (Delivery at place), normally a curb side delivery on the address
provided.
Please take into consideration the measurements of the products, of the boxes, and their
weight when buying a product from the Munna Shop.
Should visible or concealed damage occur in transit, the delivering carrier must be
immediately notified, with mention of express intent to file a claim. When transportation is hired or arranged by Munna, Munna requires that the Client
performs thorough verification of the packages and products upon delivery. The Proof of Delivery (POD) must be signed by the Client or receiver of the goods.
Failure to mention visible or concealed damage may invalidate any subsequent claim. In case of visible damage on the products packaging, the Client must mention the damages on the POD. The Client must also notify the delivering carrier of such damages with mention of express intent to file a claim.
Photographic evidence of all visible and apparent damages should be taken for claim purposes. In case there are no visible damages on the packages, the Client must mention the following on the POD: “I have received the order and the conformity of the products will be checked.”
If damage is found, the Client must, within the period of 48 hours after the receipt of the goods, notify the carrier of that fact, by means of a formal claim, along with photographic evidence of the detected damages. In this case, the Client must also notify Munna, within the same period of 48 hours after the receipt of the goods, along with photographic
evidence of the detected damages, which must be done in writing to the e-mail
address - shop@munnadesign.com. Failure to report the damage within 48 hours after receiving shall imply that the claim is refused by Munna. Whenever some damage is detected upon receipt, the Client must keep the products damaged on the place of destination and keep the original packaging in good condition for
further confirmation. Keeping the original packaging is a condition for Munna to eventually accept the claim, which will be refused without the same.

Return for EU consumers: the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented into national law in the various EU jurisdictions, applies to a consumer based in the European Union (“EU Consumer”). EU Consumers have the right to cancel its order without giving reason within 14 days from the day on which the EU Consumer or its designated recipient receives an item (“Cancellation Period”). The EU Consumer must inform Munna of its decision to cancel the order in writing (including by email) within this period. Munna will refund all payments received from the EU Consumer for the items purchased and the EU Consumer shall incur no fee as a result of such refund. Any refund may be withheld until Munna has received the items back from the EU Consumer. The EU Consumer must send back the item following the instructions of Munna (but in all cases the EU Consumer will be given at least fourteen (14) days to return the item from the date of cancellation), and the EU Consumer will be required to bear the cost of returning any item to Munna. Munna may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of the item returned due to the EU Consumer’s handling of the items beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. No restocking fees will be applied to refunds. The right of cancellation does not apply to: (A) the supply of any item made to the Munna’s specifications.
To exercise this right of cancellation, an EU Consumer must send written notice during the Cancellation Period to Munna Design at Urbanmint Design: Travessa Sá e Melo, 161 EA 4470-116 Maia, Porto, PORTUGAL, or via email Munna at shop@munnadesign.com with the subject line “Return EU Consumer Rights”. The notice should state your name, residential address, contact details and email address, invoice number, item information, date of delivery to your possession, and that you wish to exercise the EU Consumer Rights Directive right of cancellation.
